Classes will cover a range of new topics as recommended by Camp Director Mike Compton and Associate Director Richie Brown. Taking into consideration suggestions of campers from prior years, they are working with the other faculty to create the best curriculum ever. Luthiers Paul Duff and Will Kimble will be available for consultation, setups and minor repairs by appointment. This year we will all be learning a special "camp tune." Click here for more.

Camp Tune—"My Father's Footsteps"
A message from Mike Compton
"This year at the IBMM's Monroe Mandolin Camp it has been suggested we play a 'camp tune' on the last day. Considering I already had this trio worked out in notation, I've decided to post this as this year's tune, the first in the history of the camp. It is entitled "My Father's Footsteps". Seems fitting, don't you think?
Please take a look at the parts and decide which one you'd like to play. No part is more simple than the next so just choose the part that works for you. We will need to make sure on Friday when we all meet for the first time that we have an equal number of students for each part. Those who want can play chord chops, but that doesn't mean everybody! See you soon."
