ROMP is an acoustic music festival held each year at Yellow Creek Park, 5710 Highway 144, Owensboro, KY. We expect to draw over 3,000 per day as this year’s line-up is spectacular, youth-oriented, and already being promoted internationally.

WHAT WE WANT: creative, quality, healthy foods such as fresh fruit, meal-size salads, vegetarian entrees, international entrees, diverse cultural offerings, smoothies, cappuccino and espresso, homemade ice creams and Italian ices, terrific barbeque, rib-eye steak sandwiches, pork burgers, corn on the cob, baked potatoes, very little fried food.

A maximum of eight (8) full service and 4 one-item vendors will be selected. We attempt to give you a great view of the stage so that you can enjoy the music. If you want to be one of our vendors, fill out this form, make a copy of it for your own records, and send it back to us with your non-refundable deposit check for the full amount. If you are chosen, you will be telephoned to make certain you are still available to come. If so, your check will then be deposited into our bank account.

Thursday, June 23: Set up 7 AM to 10 AM. Must be completed by 10 AM. No late-comers will be allowed to set up after 10 AM Thursday without permission from our vendor coordinator.

Performances take place from 10 AM to 11 PM Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

SITE Information:

Yellow Creek Park - Highway 144, Thurston, KY

Map showing pre-assigned vendor positions will be posted on site with assigned number and spot indicated. ROMP Volunteers will be on site. (All locations are excellent.)
Limited water is available. Bring your own hose (long length).
Ice will be provided at $1.75 per bag. You will pay for the ice when you buy it. The ice machine will be adjacent to the vendor area.

Non-Refundable Fee:

$350 for multiple offerings (two or more menu items)

$175 for one item (example: ice cream only)

Applications and fees are due in full no later than May 15, 2010.

PLEASE READ TERMS AND SIGN BELOW:

You'll be provided with your choice of:

· 1 (one) 220 (two hundred twenty) volt, 2 (two) pole, 50 (fifty) amp circuit. OR

· 2 (two) 120 (one hundred twenty) volt, single pole, 20 (twenty) amp circuits.

· You will be responsible for providing your own feeder line from your concessionaire station to power distribution (maximum of 50 feet).

· Access to electricity without our electrician present is strictly prohibited. An electrician will be available each day from 10 AM until 4 PM.

· All concessionaires must complete “Application for a Permit to Operate Temporary Food Service Establishment” form DFS-202 (provided) along with a $25.00 fee.
Local vendors may pick up the form at the Green River District Health Dept 1600 Breckenridge S. Questions? Contact Ryan Christian at (270) 852-5571 ext 2081. Non-local vendors will receive DFS-202 on site. Permits awarded upon on-site inspection.

· No sodas can be served except Pepsi or Pepsi products. NO EXCEPTIONS.

· All concessionaires must serve drinks in fountain form or in aluminum cans with the exception of bottled water and fresh-prepared drinks. NO PLASTIC POP BOTTLES

· All concessionaires are responsible for paying Kentucky state sales tax of 6%.

We attempt to provide you with a great view of the stage at Yellow Creek Park so you can enjoy the music. If you want to be one of our vendors, please fill out this form, make a copy of it for your own records, and send it back to us with your deposit.
