The Archives


The IBMM opened four exhibits in June 2005.


•“God, Family, and Bluegrass Music,” an exhibit of artifacts from The McCormick Brothers, the first bluegrass act signed to Hickory Records.


•Rare Albums and Letters from the massive Bill Vernon collection.


•“The Early Festivals, A Photography Exhibit” by Montreal native Ron Petronko, documenting two decades of early bluegrass festivals.


•“Bluegrass-Inspired Paintings” by Owensboro visual artist Rex Robinson.
